KIRKLAND, Wash. -- Mack Strong doesn't receive much attention and when he does, it's usually because he missed a blocking assignment or made another mistake that blew up a play.
Strong burst out of the shadows with a key 32-yard run in the fourth quarter of the Seahawks' playoff victory over Washington on Saturday. But Sunday against Carolina in the NFC championship game, Strong expects to resume the more anonymous role of opening holes for running back Shaun Alexander and helping protect quarterback Matt Hasselbeck"
