Oregon's Coastal Coho Stakeholder Team will meet Friday, Jan. 20 in Newport to continue working on conservation actions to benefit coastal coho salmon.

The stakeholder team advises both the State of Oregon and the National Marine Fisheries Service on Oregon's Coastal Coho Project. Members of the team represent fish conservation, fishing, private land, timber, agricultural, tribal and other interests.

The meeting is scheduled from 8:30 a.m. to 5p.m. at the Hallmark Inn and Resort, 744 SW Elizabeth Street. Public comments will be accepted at 10:45 a.m.
