The money is expected to create hundreds of jobs. The U.S. Forest Service will start awarding $10 million in contracts this week for hazardous fuel reduction projects in Oregon. New Airline Service in Newport
On Sunday, March 15th, some of the Newport Police Volunteers helped out at the ribbon cutting ceremony for the new airline service at the Newport Airport. Sea Air brought two planes in and there was a crowd to welcome them on their first flight.
