Longview Hills is Decorated for the Season

Several Longview Hills residents have decorated their homes this holiday season with outside lights for all to enjoy. As soon as it gets dark, you will want to jump into your auto and drive around the park to view the beautiful lights and other decorations. Best holiday wishes to all

Hello Friends ....

Another update regarding my surgery: The surgeon just called to inform me that my latest chest xray shows I STILL have pneumonia (after 3 months!) and my surgery is being postponed until probably February. This is to avoid probable serious complications from the surgery, due to the pneumonia. He wants me to see a Pulmonary Specialist up at OHSU, since this has gone on SO long! Will advise you all when the surgery is re-scheduled. Thanks again for all your concern!

HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO ALL OUR NEIGHBORS AT LVH!

Bill and I wish you a blessed holiday and peace, good friends and good health in the new year!

First, an update ... many of you have been asking about my health and surgeries. I have recovered from my heel surgery of Nov. 13th. The jury's still out on how successful it was, but I'm able to walk without pain most of the time if I wear shoes with good support.

Secondly, I am finally beginning to feel better from the effects of pneumonia! Was diagnosed with that at the hospital on Nov. 24th and it's on its last legs, I think.

Third, I am scheduled for gall bladder and stomach surgery at OHSU in Portland on Monday, Dec. 23rd. If there are no complications, I should be in the hospital about a week.

Thank you all for your concern and kind words. It's really been appreciated!

2003 should be a GREAT year! Enjoy your families and friends! God Bless You!
