Imagine that. Somebody telling Mike Hass he isn't good enough.
It seems Hass, the former Oregon State walk-on who became a consensus first-team All-American and won the Biletnikoff Award as the nation's outstanding receiver, is getting dissed by the Senior Bowl.
Hass broke records at OSU, but despite some glowing recommendations, he can't break into the North squad lineup for the Jan. 28 game in Mobile, Ala., which showcases players expected to be picked in the first three rounds of the April 29-30 NFL draft.
'I'm over it,' said Hass, who is in San Antonio practicing for Saturday's East-West Shrine Game at the Alamodome. 'If they don't want me, they don't want me. "
