One of our readers sends this in by email....
via email from...a lady in the park that had problems sending email to a friend. Every time she sent mail to the friend it would go to the friend's junk mail folder and be trashed and the amigo would not get the email. I asked her to tell you all how she solved the problem as many have been asking about this very same problem. Here is her reply:
I went to Tools, then Message Rules, then Blocked senders list, find the persons name and remove that person from there. It worked.....
