Stadler, Scott share first-round Walker lead
PERTH, Australia -- Kevin Stadler, the son of golf star Craig Stadler, and defending champion Adam Scott of Australia shot 8-under-par 64s Thursday to share the first-round lead at the Johnnie Walker Classic.
South Korea's K.J. Choi was at 65 while Australia's Richard Green and Tony Carolan and France's Jean Van de Velde were another stroke behind at 66 in the $2.1 million event sanctioned by the European, Asian and Australasian tours."
