VANCOUVER -- William Hack went in search of a flapper valve and found a toilet contest instead.
Hack, 81, says he rarely enters contests, figuring he will not win.
So Hack was especially surprised when told he was the winner of the Search for the Oldest American Standard Toilet contest. "
