Call goes out to help on beach cleanup................
Annual event - SOLV's leader says lots of debris is on Oregon beaches and more aid is needed Oregon beaches have raised a bumper crop of discarded plastic. And Jack McGowan, executive director of SOLV, wants help in harvesting it Saturday. McGowan's group is planning its 21st annual beach cleanup Saturday.
