What kind of disasters could happen at LVH?

As you know the City of Newport will be forming CERT teams to respond to disasters. I am hopeful to get trained and serve on such a team here at Longview Hills. I began thinking about what kind of disasters could befall our community. Half the battle of this effort would be to know what could happen here.
Recently the entire world has seen the devastation a Tsunami can wreak on an area and we living next to the water have become aware of it. Certainly others might include earthquakes and wildfires. Not to metion the very real possibility of volcanic activity off the coast. High winds could be a problem and even the ice storm we had could prove to be a problem over an extended period.
What else could happen here that we could think about preparing for?
