"NEW ENTRY/EXIT GATE PLANNED" Currently the plan is for demolition/construction to take place sometime around the week of May 8th throughout May 12th. The new gate will have the availability of being operated by both a numeric keypad and a clicker device (which may be purchased by residents via your social club as an option to open the gate) instead of having to enter in a numeric code. The Social Club Board is still in the planning stage in the cost per unit and as soon as we get the final cost per unit it will be announced. Management thanks us for our patience and apologize for any inconvenience the construction may cause. But we know the end will be a far better operating gate area.
