DETROIT -- Ariko Iso works in a profession that a mother of an all-male household can truly appreciate. Iso is the first -- and only -- full-time woman athletic trainer in the NFL.
Iso, who was the head football trainer at Portland State from 1997 through 2001 and graduated from Oregon State, was hired by the Pittsburgh Steelers as their assistant trainer in 2002. "
