T hey didn't wear furry red hats or tall black boots. And they didn't arrive in a sleigh pulled by reindeer.
But West Linn City Council members gave some strong hints this week that a trio of Christmas presents may be on the way for residents of the Willamette Cove manufactured-home park.
The 92 residents have been racked by uncertainty ever since park owner Jerry Jennings mailed out closure notices. The notices, required by state law, essentially give residents in the 65-space park a year to move out."
