BUT.... You can tell your friends that the clubhouse bulletin board has the calendar posted for the months of MAY, JUNE, and July. We will be keeping the calendar projected 3 months ahead on the bulletin board so that you can better plan whether you can attend more functions.
Also, we think it may be a neat thing to publish 3 months in advance on the Newsletter so you can think about that and bring it to a vote at the next Social Club Meeting.
Also, we request that any time you are going to have some function at the clubhouse that you give me heads up email or phone call or a note in the mailbox so I can revise the calendar and get it posted everywhere.
