$2 million wave energy buoy that sank off Agate recovered - OregonLive.com: "The $2 million buoy sank in late October about 2.5 miles off Agate Beach only days before it was to be removed. The 72-foot-tall device built by Oregon Iron Works in Portland had rested in about 110 feet of water since then. But last week, salvagers used a floatation system to bring the buoy to the surface.
