A scrub jay was was west of Charleston. A breeding-plumaged cattle egret was at Florence. A goshawk was seen along the Trask River southeast of Tillamook. A bird believed to be a black-tailed gull was reported by birders at Ona Beach State Park, eight miles south of Newport."
