A conversation with Larry Henson about Leonard Johnson......

Folks things are being done about the problem however, rumors are starting throughout the community and we will address one right now. There was never any gunshots fired in this community by Leonard or anyone else.

There is one thing Larry Henson can do and that is to give Leonard notice of eviction for disturbing the peace of the neighborhood and violating the rules of the lease. That is the only thing he can do within the law. If you are curious as to whether he has done that you must ask him.

Larry said, "The judge views Leonard's wife as a molested and battered woman and has used the law to protect her and her son with a restraining order. The judge is not likely to allow an eviction of these two he is protecting. From the woman's point of view she being alone would want protection and it is only reasonable that she would want her grown son there to do that."

When the time comes for Larry Henson to appear before the judge and argue for an eviction order from the court ... Leonard may argue that Henson is vindictive and seeking revenge. In the past that argument has worked 50% of the time for the resident and not the park owner. The only way to put pressure on the court to issue the eviction order is to have residents present at the proceedings willing to tell how they feel about this situation. That will have a high likelihood of success.

Petitions, demands, and other tacts are futile. If you believe in the law you have to stand up for it when it is your turn.

Larry did say if and when he has a court time and date he would consider posting it on the clubhouse door.
