Abandoned walrus pup finds new home

ANCHORAGE — Word spread fast in the northwest Alaska village of Kivalina: a baby walrus was sitting on the beach, alone, apparently abandoned.
Bocce the walrus pup is now in the care of the Alaska SeaLife Center. This is the third time a young walrus has been rescued.
