STRONG SO. WINDS

OF 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 65 MPH ARE
EXPECTED TO DEVELOP TONIGHT ALONG THE COASTAL HEADLANDS AND
BEACHES. THE WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP AHEAD OF A STRONG
PACIFIC COLD FRONT. THE WINDS WILL TURN TO THE SW AND
DECREASE ONCE THE COLD FRONT MOVES ONSHORE LATE TONIGHT.
