Bradenton.com | 08/28/2007 | Residents watch nabs alleged tire slasher: "On Saturday, two members of the month-old Lakeside watch took one last golf cart ride around the neighborhood, off Cortez Road, in the 4000 block of 42nd Street West. Lakeside had been plagued in the past few weeks with incidents of homeowners' vehicle tires being slashed in their driveway. Just after 1 a.m., the men spotted the man police have now arrested as the culprit and called police. They said they saw a man slash two sets of tires at two different homes in the 4000 block of 42nd Street West. He then walked back into his home a block away, the witnesses told police."
