In an email from Dick Garvey....
There is good news to report today from the Garvey House. Bev is now
in her second day of full time cooking and doing dishes. The physical
therapist told her to throw away her cane, pick up her pallet, and
walk. The leg stretch machine, and ice machine that they now use in
recovery has reduced the time it used to take to be up and walking
again. Thanks to all who sent good thoughts and prayers, and
especially to those who sent those great meals that just had to be
warmed up. Dick
