| I was contacted this morning by a rep. from Groth-Gates in Lincoln City, inquiring as to whether I thought there would be any interest here on the HILL to residents about upgrades to our aging furnaces. He said that with increasing electricity costs the newer furnaces and/or heat pumps are much more efficient and cost less to operate. He would be willing to give an informational meeting at the clubhouse sometime in the future if there was an interest. He is going to check back in a month or so to find out if we would like to hold such a meeting to find out about the pros and cons of new equipment. editors note... there is a new poll set up with this question on the polling feature below.
