Newport News-Times: Fisherman's market becomes broader fisheries center:

The Port of Newport's idea for creation of a fisherman's market has morphed into a broader concept, a Fisheries Center, and the enlarged concept received a green light last week from a feasibility study done by ShoreBank Enterprise, a non-profit community development bank that works with Pacific Northwest coastal communities.
