Due to other reports and our own experience last night we have removed a Newport restaurant from our recommended list... Remember, the only way to make it on to the list is someone emails us with a good report. Bad reports cancel out good ones.

Bad reports has caused this restaurant to be removed from the list.

If a restaurant is not on the list... no one has emailed in a favorable report on it or it has received enough bad reports to cancel out the good ones. Therfore, If it is not listed you can consider it in limbo and make your choice accordingly.

Also this page rates service to our residents. If a company provides good service and gets a good recommendation... It goes on the list... Bad reports subtract from the good untill the business is removed from the recommended list.

Your reports are confidential and are deleted after they earn a business a star or cause them to lose one.

If you don't see a contractor listed no one wrote in to recommend them or they have been removed because of to many bad reports.
