Wisconsin Electric Car Pioneer Ben Nelson Explains New Models to Milwaukee Hybrid Group: "Henry Ford had a deal to mass-produce electric cars with batteries supplied by Thomas Edison, according to home-grown electric car builder Ben Nelson. The package was going to include windmill systems to recharge the batteries, which would have meant no fuel costs at all.
