This line of trees along the north side of the highway next to King Salvage Co. about three miles east of Newport continues to fall, showing the telltale marks of industrious beaver logging."

Jacky and I went to see what Mr. & Mrs. Dam Builder were upto yesterday... Boy! They have felled quite a few trees.. around 10 I would say. Some large trees are standing with most of the meat gnawed away.. Bet the wind (Friday) finishes them off. If you go.. parking is dangerous.. to much traffic.
