It's been more than 60 hours since the floods killed people destroyed homes and ruined lives and not until late this afternoon did our newsroom receive a single fax email or phone call from FEMA. An emergency supply and donation center has been set up by the the Chamber of Commerce in the Winona mall, but people want to know 'why are they are not bringing the needed supplies across the county?'
