Environmentalists: Condos Threaten Coast, Environmentalists Worry New 'Condo Hotels' Skirt Protections on California Coastal Development - C

Ron says:
When you look at Worldmark in Depot bay and the hotels along the Beach... Shilo, Elizabeth Inn and all the new construction going on along the beaches you begin to see more and more areas closed to access. My personal dislike is the signs that try to keep you from the beach at South Shore in South Beach. I lived in CA most of my life and there were whole communities that stopped beach access forcing families to drive miles to find access with terrible parking problems just to enjoy the beach. Here there is a law that says you cannot have access restricted but CA has the same laws.. It doesn't work.
