Any day, an earthquake could shake Lincoln City right down to its foundations.
And then a tsunami could sweep half the debris - and citizens - out to sea.
And if that doesn't get you, a snowstorm could bury the county as it did in 1950. Or a windstorm could pummel the coast at it did in 1962. And 1981. And 1996.
And then of course there's the area's long-term history of forest fires ...
